Where Withdrawals Actually Work
Exchanges publish which networks they support. They do not publish how often those networks stop working, or for how long. We poll every 30 minutes and keep the record.

We started recording status changes for this exchange recently, so outage history is not available yet. A dash means "no data", not "never happens".
A dash in the deposit column marks an exchange that does not publish per-network deposit status. Zero closed networks there would mean "we never asked", not "deposits are open".
How these numbers are measured
- Share of closed networks counts only rows refreshed within the last 3 hours, so an exchange that stops responding is not counted as having closed everything.
- An outage counts only if the state held longer than one polling cycle. Short flips are polling noise, not outages.
- Median time to restore is measured over outages that already ended. Outages still open are shown separately.
- Withdrawals and deposits are counted independently: an exchange can accept deposits while withdrawals are closed, and the other way round.
