Best Crypto Exchanges 2026 — Ranked on Live Data
8 crypto exchanges ranked on measurable data: staking coins, USDT withdrawal fee, working networks, withdrawal uptime. Updated September 2026.
The order comes from four values, each stored in our database and printed in the same row. No expert scores and no weights: an exchange's place is the sum of its places on those four.

What the ranking is computed from
- The place is the sum of an exchange's places across the four values below. A lower sum ranks higher; equal sums are broken alphabetically. There are deliberately no weights: nothing would justify them.
- Staking coins — coins with an available product and a rate above zero. Only readings fresher than 7 days count: stale data shows a dash rather than the last number we saw.
- USDT withdrawal — the fee on the network USDT actually moves over: TRC20 first when it is open, then the other popular networks, and only then the cheapest of what is left. A plain global minimum would report 0.001 USDT on some exotic chain while a TRC20 withdrawal costs 1–2 USDT — a number nobody can check or use. Zero fees do not count: that is a provider quirk, not a free withdrawal. The network is printed next to the number: fees in different coins are not comparable, and without the network name the number cannot be checked.
- Working networks — networks on which the exchange lists at least 5 coins. A one-off native chain of an exotic token does not count as a network.
- Withdrawals open — the share of fee rows where withdrawal is currently enabled. Counted only from readings fresher than 3 hours and only over real networks: an exchange whose collection has stalled gets a dash here rather than a low percentage, otherwise the column would measure us instead of the exchange.
- Last fee reading: 2 Sep 2026.

Access and verification
Access terms change more often than the numbers above, and the ranking is not built on them: status is a categorical value, and an "accessibility rating" inevitably turns into advice. Facts only, each with a check date and a source link.

The ruble was removed from the P2P desk on 29 August 2023; Russian accounts themselves were not closed and crypto trading and withdrawals keep working. We could not find an announcement in the help centre — the fact is known from business media citing the exchange.
Verification is required for trading and withdrawals.

We found no statement from the platform about the status of users from Russia, and secondary sources disagree — so the status is unconfirmed. Check the terms inside your account.
Verification is tiered: basic operations work under caps, and raising the tier lifts them.

The platform still serves users from Russia and its RUB P2P desk works. Cards of sanctioned banks have been removed from the payment methods at times — the list of available banks shifts, so check it inside P2P before trading.
Since 8 May 2023 at least Level 1 verification is mandatory across all products: without it only closing positions and withdrawing remain available.

Ruble rails are closed: RUB deposits stopped on 15 November 2023, RUB support on P2P ended on 31 January 2024, and the BTC/RUB and USDT/RUB spot pairs were delisted at the same time. Crypto trading and crypto withdrawals still work.
Verification is required for trading and withdrawals.

Perp DEXs — not ranked
These venues have neither withdrawal fees nor staking products: the four ranking values do not apply to them, and in the shared table they would read as "the worst exchanges". Here is what is measurable about them.

Questions about this exchange ranking
How is this crypto exchange ranking calculated?
From four measurable values in our database: staking coins, the USDT withdrawal fee on TRC20, the number of networks carrying five or more coins, and the share of open withdrawals across fresh readings. An exchange's place is the sum of its places on those four — there are no weights, and every number is printed in the same row.
Which crypto exchange has the best staking rates?
The "Staking coins" column shows how many coins have an available product with a rate above zero, counted only from readings fresher than a week. The rate itself depends on the coin and the product type — see the exchange profile for it.
Which exchange has the lowest withdrawal fees?
The fee depends on the coin and the network, so an "average exchange fee" does not exist: 0.00003 BTC and 5 DOGE cannot be added up. The "USDT withdrawal" column carries the fee on the network USDT actually moves over — TRC20 first when it is open, then the other popular networks — with the network printed next to it.
Which exchanges are available to users in Russia?
The "Russia", "KYC" and "RUB P2P" columns are filled from the venues' own announcements and terms, each with a check date and a source link. The ranking is not built on them — status is a categorical value. This is not legal advice: exchanges change their rules without notice.
