Backpack Securities

BOT is a Backpack token on Solana, redeemable 1:1 through Backpack Securities for the corresponding RoboStrategy holding in a brokerage account. Depositing converts the token into the traditional holding; withdrawing tokenizes it again.

How dividends and distributions are reflected

For Backpack-issued tokenized securities, distributions are reinvested into additional tokenized shares. Traditional brokerage holdings receive cash dividends through the brokerage infrastructure.

BOTB is a bStocks certificate providing economic exposure to RoboStrategy. It provides rights under the certificate terms, without direct ownership of the underlying security or shareholder voting rights.

How dividends and distributions are reflected

For distributions on the underlying security, the issuer generally reinvests the proceeds net of taxes and fees. A bStocks multiplier increases the displayed balance while the raw on-chain amount stays unchanged; no separate cash dividend is paid.
