How dividends and distributions are reflected

When the underlying security pays a distribution, Ondo reinvests the proceeds net of applicable withholding and reflects them in the token’s value. On Solana and BNB Chain, wallets that support display scaling show the result through an adjusted balance and unit price; the raw on-chain amount stays unchanged. There is no separate dividend payment to the wallet.
