Funding rates for ETC perpetual futures reflect the cost of holding long or short positions. When the rate is positive, longs pay shorts; when negative, shorts pay longs. Rates are typically settled every 8 hours and can vary significantly across exchanges. Traders use funding rate differences between exchanges for delta-neutral arbitrage strategies. We monitor funding rates across 7+ exchanges including Bybit, Bitget, OKX, MEXC, Gate.io, and KuCoin, updating data every 10 minutes.
