BingX vs KuCoin — Which Is Better? Fees, Staking & Winner
BingX: USDT withdrawal via TRC20 — $1.50; KuCoin via TRC20 — $1.99. ETH staking: 6.0% vs 2.2%. Live data, updated every 10 min.
Updated:
BingX leads on 3 of 3 criteria against 0 for KuCoin — the rest are close enough to call a draw. Which of them matters depends on what you need the exchange for.
On staking rates, across the coins both exchanges actually list, BingX is ahead of KuCoin. If passive income is the priority, the edge is on its side.
BingX has a lower average USDT fee across shared networks with withdrawals open than KuCoin. The result may differ on an individual network.

Rows marked “Reference” show catalogue width — the size of the listing, not the quality of the exchange — and do not count towards the overall result. The result comes from three substantive criteria: staking rates, average withdrawal fee and network availability.
The table shows the average USDT fee across the same set of networks where both exchanges allow withdrawals and publish a fee. The summary shows the fee on the named network (TRC20 first, then other networks), not the absolute minimum. The cheapest transfer between these exchanges is calculated separately and requires deposits on the receiving side.
Which one for which job
An overall score decides little: the two exchanges win on different axes. Here is which ones, with the number next to each.

This pair has no data for that coin.
The fee is the cheapest network with withdrawals open at each exchange; the networks are named separately below the numbers because they often differ. A dash means “not in our data”, not “unsupported”.
How these two differ
A "BingX vs KuCoin" comparison usually stops at the fee page, but the question that costs money is narrower: can you get the asset out, over which chain, and for how much. Both list broadly, so what matters is not the length of either list but where the two touch — 963 coins with withdrawal data in the Yieldo database sit on both sides. A chain is a route only when the sender allows withdrawals and the receiver accepts deposits on it; the pair shares 85 of those. Per-coin numbers are on the BingX fee page.
Funding is the other recurring cost, and the one most often mis-compared. Neither exchange settles perpetuals on a single clock: KuCoin uses eight hours on major pairs, four on most of the rest and one when a rate reaches its band, while BingX shortens volatile contracts from eight hours to four or one (both checked 10 September 2026). Prints taken over different intervals are not the same number, which is why the block below annualises every rate first, as the KuCoin funding page does for one venue.
The two grew from different products. BingX built its business on copy trading: lead traders keep a published share of copier profit, from 10% at the entry tier to 32% at the top, settled weekly as of the check date. KuCoin has run since 2017 as a listing-driven spot venue whose own token, KCS, takes 20% off spot fees when you pay with it. KuCoin runs copy trading on USDT perpetuals too, so this is emphasis, not a gap.
Access divides them more sharply than tariffs do. KuCoin has required verification from every new account since 31 August 2023 and names Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Malaysia and France as Restricted Locations; BingX rules out U.S. and Canadian users and names the United Kingdom on its own list. Both lists change at the platforms' discretion, so read them with the check date in the Access and verification block below.
Which one suits you
- → copy trading is what you came for: every lead trader works on a published profit share, from 10% at the entry tier to 32% at the top one, settled weekly as of the check date
- → the asset you need sits in the BingX-only slice: 945 coins with withdrawal data in the Yieldo database are here and not on KuCoin
- → you are in Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan: the KuCoin terms name both as Restricted Locations and the BingX list does not name them (checked 10 September 2026; both lists change and vary by service)
- → you trade enough for the exchange token to matter: switching fee payment to KCS takes 20% off spot trading fees as of the check date
- → the asset you need sits in the KuCoin-only slice: 1219 coins with withdrawal data are here and not on BingX
- → you are in the United Kingdom: BingX names it among Restricted Jurisdictions while the KuCoin terms do not (checked 10 September 2026, both lists change)
Access and verification
These terms change more often than the numbers above: every fact carries a check date and a source link.
| Criteria | BingX | KuCoin |
|---|---|---|
| Verification (KYC) | BingXRequired | KuCoinRequired |
Without verification trading, deposits, fiat rails and Launchpad are closed — only withdrawals remain, capped at 20,000 USDT per 24 hours. Advanced verification opens the rest and raises the 24-hour withdrawal cap to 5,000,000 USDT; some regions apply their own limits.
Since 15 July 2023 (UTC) verification is mandatory for new registrations, and from 31 August 2023 the exchange raised the bar to standard verification. Older accounts that have not completed it lose deposits, while withdrawals, spot sell orders, closing futures and margin positions and Earn redemption keep working.
This is not legal advice. Exchanges change their rules without notice — check the terms on the platform itself before funding an account.

A route requires open withdrawals at the sender and deposits at the receiver on the same network and in the same token form. Selection requires a known fee and a withdrawal minimum compatible with 1,000 USDT. The fee shown is the sender withdrawal fee; verify the terms at both exchanges before transferring.
There is no bridge between BingX and KuCoin. A transfer is an ordinary on-chain withdrawal on one side and a deposit on the other, so the only cost is the sending exchange's network fee.
- Pick a chain that is open on both sides at once — the pair shares 85 of them. The route is chosen by that shared chain, and right now the cheapest one is APTOS. Moving $1,000 over it costs 0.01 USDT.
- Check the route before you send, not after. Of the networks each venue supports, 54.4% are closed for withdrawal on BingX and 61.6% on KuCoin at this moment, and the Withdrawal reliability block below shows the current state.
- Copy the deposit address from the receiving exchange inside that exact network. An address issued for one chain will not accept a transfer sent over another, and such transfers cannot always be recovered.
- Compare the minimum withdrawal with the amount you are sending: on small transfers the minimum decides the route more often than the fee does.
- Send, then follow the confirmations in a block explorer — the exchange interface updates later than the chain does.
Withdrawal reliability
Share of networks closed for withdrawal right now, and how many times withdrawals actually closed over the last 30 days.
Withdrawal fee database coverage
This compares Yieldo withdrawal fee records, not the full trading listings. A missing record does not mean the exchange lacks the coin, its markets or Earn products.

A change means the value moved between samples, not the sample itself: polling records the rate regularly, and without that collapse "changes" would simply equal the number of readings.
Withdrawal Fee Comparison
Each row compares one coin on one shared network; fees are in units of that coin. BTC includes only Bitcoin and the separate SegWit option; BTC representations on BSC, X Layer and other chains are excluded. The network and token form must match the receiving address details. Open withdrawals do not guarantee open deposits.

Funding Rate Comparison
The main rate is normalized to 8 hours: current rate × 8 / exchange interval. Below it are the original rate and interval, plus a simple annualized equivalent. This is an extrapolation, not a payment forecast. Positive: longs pay shorts; negative: shorts pay longs.
