Binance and KuCoin sit on opposite sides of one trade-off: liquidity versus assortment. Binance has the deeper book and steadier execution on major pairs. KuCoin has the longer list: 2160 coins with withdrawal data against 689, and 1671 of them are simply absent from Binance.
For a Russian user, fiat piles on: Binance wound down ruble operations by 31 January 2024, while KuCoin runs a RUB P2P desk after verification. Verification, though, is required on both.

How to move funds
Moving funds between exchanges is an ordinary blockchain transaction: only the sender pays a fee.
- Pick a network open on both sides: the cheapest right now is BSC — 0.01 USDT on a $1,000 transfer.
- Copy the deposit address on the receiving exchange for that exact network.
- Check the minimum withdrawal: on small transfers it matters more than the fee.
- Send it and wait for confirmations in the network explorer.
