TRON is a network for crypto transfers and applications. Its native coin, TRX, helps pay for transactions and elect the representatives that produce blocks.
Locking TRX through Stake 2.0 provides Bandwidth for transaction data or Energy for smart contract execution, together with voting power. Voting earns a share of network rewards, while resources help cover transaction costs. When resources fall short, TRX is burned under the network’s charging rules.

How USDT transfers use Energy and BandwidthWhen TRX becomes available again
Direct Stake 2.0 on mainnet currently has a 14-day waiting period after an unstaking request, followed by a separate withdrawal transaction. Exchange products have their own redemption times, shown in their terms. The redemption wait and the period that earns rewards are separate durations.
