USDC is Circle’s dollar-pegged token for payments, transfers and settlement in crypto applications. Its circulation is backed by cash and liquid cash-equivalent reserves.
Eligible institutions issue and redeem USDC through Circle Mint. Circle issues USDC on multiple networks; USDC.e is a bridged form with a separate contract. The yield products below have their own terms for depositing USDC with an exchange or protocol.
